HMRC have started to issue the request for the second payment of account which falls due on 31st July, however they have attempted to confuse things !!!!!

Rather than let you decide if you want to pay it on time, they have automatically deferred the payment on 31st January 2021.  As you can see from the below.

Payment requested the due date is shown as Jan 31st.

You can still pay the tax on the due date if you wish, just pay as per normal.  If you do want to delay payment, then there is nothing you need to do but please remember it will fall due with any balance of tax to pay for the 2019/20 year.
