Companies House are sending out notices to companies stating that they will cease paper reminders for the filing of documents.

We act as registered office for the majority of our clients and already have our clients signed up to the Companies House e-reminder system.  

Benefits of this system include :-

·        E-reminders can be sent to up to 4 people to receive

·        E-reminders contain a link which will take you to the document which needs filing

Companies House claim that £1.2 million was spent on printing these reminders in the last year.  This substantial saving will be reinvested into their products and services to improve their efficiency and customer service experience.
