As well as it being important for us to have your up-to-date contact details just generally, it’s also beneficial in terms of our text reminder service and for using our online Portal.
Our text reminder service informs you when your year-end has passed and requests your books and records, as well as sends you a text ahead of any meetings you have booked with us.
And with our online Portal, if we don’t have the correct email address for you, the notifications that are automatically sent to you when a document is uploaded, will of course be missed.
Don’t forget to also let us know if you have changed addresses as apart from updating our own systems, we can update Companies House and HMRC on your behalf.
