There seems to be an endless incidents of scams regarding HMRC.  As soon as one has ended another two pop up

If you feel that you have been contacted inappropriately then you can also use the link above to report them.  You should, if possible, supply the following information

• your phone number
• caller’s phone number
• time and date of call
• brief description of call

Overall just be careful and never give out personal information, its best to tell the caller to contact your accountants.
